I am one of the three chefs and I have a lot of experience in cooking traditional Albanian food and different sauces . I cook traditional dishes with a modern touch. I love my job as I am sure that you will love your food as well .

Hi ,I am the second chef of this restaurant and I have experience grilling. I grill a various range of meat products as well as seafood . I am the "mood" of this restaurant and if you hear laughter from the staff it is probably because of my jokes.

Well hello, I am the third chef but not the least ! I am the main chef and by that you could tell that I am the dish approver . I as well am the founder of this restaurant and also the "mind" of it , I judge a problem and try to get the best solution for it .
